| Comment | Oh aye I misinterpreted, forgive me I've had a long weekend. They're right enough tho, the done thing is to just see to any work as and when it needs done. If you actually have a roofing emergency most of the time it'd just be a half day job that anybody would be willing to take on at a day's notice.
I don't know of anybody on a private scale that would take on something like you're suggesting, as it borders into weird territory. There's only so much you can tell about a roof from standing on top of the thing, and small scale roofers wouldn't want to be held liable for the costs in a worst case scenario. |
