They are definitely out there working hard, can confirm I saw the one named after Singer's (I think it was called the Singer Spreading Machine) in Clydebank, which was nice because I was with my Dad who used to work in the Singer factory there.
Not only spreading grit, but also warm fuzzy feelings of nostalgia for him when I pointed it out. |
