| Comment | The supposed guaranteed speed has to be measured through their app which never dips below or above the alleged speed. Third party tools show the speed is much slower.
I left them and they kept charging me and told me they didn't know I was leaving. They then sent me arrears letters. It was just ridiculous.
I've got on OK with talktalk, had an engineer out and he sorted speeds and drop outs. |
