the wireing in the flat was fixed when I went to fibre. when they announced that they were going to increase band width during lock down last year it stopped. so I didn't contact them until now when it's been dropping out constantly today. it's been not too bad since they ran all the system checks and told me there wasn't anything wrong. it's happened a few times now. weird how there's no problem detected but the problem goes away after they run the checks... |
