When I had a flat these bozos were regularly charging us several hundred quit for "realignment of TV aerial". Because there were several flats involved, nobody queried the regular occurrence of the item due to the low shared cost. I had a pal who lived in one of the other six blocks who told me they regularly got billed for the exact same thing. A cynical person may feel that is open to abuse.
