| Comment | Not at all. It's just there's a pool of labour apparently doing nothing, who might benefit themselves and their community by picking up litter for even just a few hours each week.
When I go to the West End I notice there's a lot less litter about, but I think that might be because the council clean it more often. My area's full of dog shit and litter, though. It's depressing. |
