Better to have reported it. You got his reg plate. He put you in a state of fear and alarm. Should he do something else to some other poor soul in a fit of rage then what happened to you is on record. Also well done on you for sticking up for the poor shop workers who get nothing but abuse. I am sure they appreciated a bit of solidarity. |
