| Comment | I have a friend who rents from Vanilla Square with a large dog. According to him (he's friends with either the owner or manager, I can't remember) they officially don't rent to pet owners but they know that lots of their tenants have pets and don't really care. It's a risk but if you're desperate you could get away with it. I rented from a 'no pets' agency but had a landlord who lived abroad so obviously had no inspections and it was absolutely fine. As long as you have an emergency back up plan if you do get caught out, you can manage. |
