I mean good for you for doing this, you’re a stand up citizen and neighbour. But at the end of the day, it still shouldn’t be necessary. We pay council taxes for a reason and the work isn’t getting done. Meanwhile you’re not getting paid and you’re putting in more effort (physically cleaning, plus educating and advocating).
