The thing is, by being so inefficient inn their collection they make it all so much harder. If they empty the bins before they are full and all the bottles are on the street it's fairly straight forward, the car picks up the bin and empties it...takes a few minutes. Now, they send a guy who has to manually collect all the stuff from the ground and throw it inn the truck, taking at-least 30 minutes. |
