I've done a couple interviews and started my grad job last Autumn.

Smaller companies are more likely to be a shorter interview process, usually right to an in-person interview (or Zoom now probably) after getting your CV. Larger companies will be online quizzes, tests and interviews before a face to face thing.

I think most companies that look to hire grads know the score with how universities teach and don't expect you to know everything about topics, so any technical interviews I've had have covered pretty basic stuff. I think it's more how you come across - if you seem friendly, willing to learn and competent you'll be in a good spot.
