Wrong! Under no circumstances put them in your regular bins. The council specifically asks you not to do this as they then need to be sorted and it causes even more delays that makes everything that much worse. I know you think you are helping by doing that but you are actually partly responsible for the problem. Knock that off. The bin men can and do refuse pick up of regular bins if there is glass in there. You are giving really poor advice that makes everything worse. |
