Is this the guy that used to cut about Central all the time? Ive read about a ginger bearded guy that used to quietly cut about that area at all hours. Apparently he was pretty quiet and used to sleep rough but was happy to accept food and have some conversation with people. Bit of a local urban legend story or so I thought. Was reading this stuff on Facebook about a year ago. |
