| Comment | Southside (Strathbungo and around Queen's Park) is great, but became quite expensive lately. I'd recommend Gorbals - still cheap, family friendly, very safe, never had a problem holding my bf's hand, quiet, but at the same time it's 10mins walk to the city centre and 15mins to Queens Park. Most properties are new - they don't have the same vibe as tenements but they are usually easier to heat and have better floorplans. |
