I hope OP isn't experiencing what I did when I lived downstairs from someone who had regular night terrors. I was jolted awake and almost shit the bed at least three times a week for six months because of that guy's blood-curdling 3 AM screaming sessions! Got used to it the more it happened because I started to understand what was going on, but calling the police did cross my mind the first few times. |
