If you are losing to motivation to do free weights or yoga etc at home and going for a run is just too much of a drag in the rain, you could give your body a break and exercise your mind.

There's **heaps** of free courses online so you can dip in and out of almost anything until you find something you like. Learn a language (human or computer), gain a skill, try new recipes and so on and so on.

Get a starter kit and homebrew (beer, wine, kombucha whatever).
