| Comment | No long moved from East Dunbartonshire to Glasgow City council area. My tenement in EDC never had food wastage, same with the tenement in GCC. I just don’t think people use them correctly and put all sorts of shit into them, it’s causes more problems at the receiving end than it’s worth. I believe they just stopped them for tenements and flats because there is no way to know who was causing the problem and issue some kind of action letter or sanction like they can with private homes. |
