| Comment | Agreed, I live in Scotstoun and the streets are an utter disgrace. Sometimes the bin men don't even collect anymore and when you report a missed collection it takes around 5 weeks for a response. By then they have been collected. I watched the Bin men empty some bins the other day and 10% of all the rubbish was just blowing on to the road and streets with no attempt to scoop it back up. And don't even get me started in the pot holes.
