| Comment | Stayed around here/Simshill/Muirend most my life, just bought 50 yards over the border into Mount Florida. Got it for exactly home report value but it was definitely a fluke cause it needed a lot of work and had sat with no interest for a good while.
Cathcarts a nice area though, don't really know what people mean when they say it's being gentrified but as it's middle class as anything and pretty much always has been. All that's changed is we now have Tophskis and a couple coffee shops. Not a bad thing. |
