| Comment | Much worse. I wish I had listened to people telling me to avoid cottage flats. I spent ten years underneath the neighbours from hell and loud morons next door. I would say if you do go for it, try Suss out the neighbours go to their door ask what the area is like and find out if they have kids/dogs etc. If they do, avoid. Best of luck in your search. |
