Are you selling as well? If so, chat with your agent. Maybe phone a couple of agents who have properties in the area and ask them roughly how much over HR places are going,..? In Sept we sold in Maryhill for 10% over HR, but know someone who bought under HR in City centre. Its crazy at the moment.
