Not a handyman recommendation, but a point to note if you want to fix this. I am assuming that these tiles are not from the current renovation or else you would have those refitted by whomever renovated. So I am assuming that they are existing tiles.
Why did these tiles fall off the wall? Tiles are not supposed to fall off the wall. They are on there with mortar and should be as hard as hell to get off the wall. That mortar bonding somehow failed. I am going to propose a reason and that is that they are not bonded to the wall with mortar intended to be used in a bathroom, and are not grouted with grout intended to be used in a bathroom. I am going to suggest that water has got behind the tiles and if you dont fix that problem then you will simply be doing this again in x months/years. I also guess that while these tiles came off the wall the mortar bond on any others adjacent to them is also severely weakened.
I know it will be more expensive, but I would be having any suspect tiles removed as well and refitted with the appropriate and unfortunately more expensive materials. There is a fair chance that as well as the mortar that the sub wall on which they are mortared too might also have water damage. In my opinion it would be wasted money and effort not to fix the actual problem.

Why do I know this? We were sitting in the lounge of our newly bought old house and there is a crash from the bathroom. I go upstairs and there is a wall tile that was formerly on the wall around the edge of the enamel bath which it has now chipped very badly. I start testing the other tiles and quite a few lift with next to no effort and I see. They have been put on with elcheapo B&Q grout onto regular gyproc which has all blown out with water penetration. Long story short, I end up needing to take down most of the bathroom wall and do a complete renovation. However this time I put up wet wall (rearo.co.uk) and not tiles.

Sorry if this comes off a bit preachy and smart-arsey, I just don't want you to waste your money or get suckered by an unscrupulous tradesman.
