Comment	Marketing term. It’s quite nice there as well. I nearly bought a flat in 2017 in that part of town. Ended up buying in Shawlands a year later. Whilst Shawlands has more to do, the New Gorbals area is immaculate in terms of having no rubbish or graffiti.
