| Comment | Been in a ground floor for a few years. I don't mind it. Not dragging yourself up 4 flights every night is a bonus. It also depends how busy the street is outside. Mine is fairly quiet, but folk canny resist looking in. To be honest no big deal. And how often do folk get a chance to use the garden anyway? On a negative side, easier to break into of course. First choice for wee shits doing flats. Upstairs less chance of being done, plus you get the benefit in the winter, heat wise. |
