My mums was also cancelled. She was 3 weeks later and she's very high risk. I pestered and pestered them there's also a link on the website to submit you missed your app. They guys answering are just call centre staff so they just input your details to the system they have no power but on Thursday last week I was determined to get a new date (only cos she was telling me she knew some arsehole who never turned up on purpose and got given a new date within days) I had to explain the 3 serious conditions and her age. Luckily I seemed to have got somewhere (was shite seeing all the younger people (well deservedly) getting theirs before her when NHS cancelled her) but I was told they did have a backlog of people who had to rearrange cis they never recieved their letters before the appointment. |
