This. In the South East (where I lived until fairly recently) and London, prices just never went down, even during the 2008 financial crisis. Yeah maybe some Buy-To-Let cunts, sorry, landlords lost value on their portfolios but other than that, house prices have been going up and up and up.
I hope that that won’t be the case here in Glasgow but I honestly don’t know.
