| Comment | To be honest, if I was dealing with a company that didn’t accept PDFs then that would already be too much hassle and I would take my business elsewhere. Can’t image what else they will demand paper copies of such as signed documents etc.
I am way closer to post boxes than any major bank branches but I guess if you pass them regularly.
Never thought ya did! :-) I just find them so vastly more convenient than the old school way. Take the PDF example - I would much rather just print a statement off whenever I need it than go into town (when they’re open because of course they bloody close at 12:00 on a Saturday) and wait in a queue to then ask someone to print it to then go to the mortgage lender to wait to see them to give it to them vs PDF > Email - Done. Any other system than that is too much hassle haha. |
