Surely at this time, we need millions of funding for Glasgow city centre as priority, with its boarded up shops/economic catastrophe due to pandemic, refuse collection issues, major drug problem, lack of police, homelessness etc!?
£17 million would have been a significant help for the increasingly struggling city centre. Why has this tax payers money been allocated to Govanhill instead?
