| Comment | We don't need more of those things either, there are dentists, doctors and supermarkets everywhere. Bookies seem to be on the wane, thank Christ. Pubs, cafes and restaurants are, like you say, probably some of the only few things the high street can still offer as online retaining has sucked up all the cash. What we really need is a prolonged, focused political campaign to tax online retailers effectively so that the high street can compete. |
