Do you have particular subsidence concerns, do you know of any underflow issues, have you seen evidence of recent (key word) subsidence in your property?

Generally speaking you won't 'feel' movement attributed to subsidence, however you may see 'waves' appearing in floors, or floorboards getting substantially more creaky, cracking in the corners of rooms & around windows is a sign too, however I wouldn't worry until I see them exceed 5mm or so, then I'd be looking for the pattern to discern the area of subsidence.

I highlight the word recent as, all tenaments have some degree of settlement, it is typical to the nature of their construction, however once settled they don't tend to move unless something changes around about them.

If you have serious concerns, drop an email to a civil engineer with pictures, particularly at the moment when everyone is trying to avoid internal surveys, many will make a preliminary assessment via email for a nominal fee.
