I think it's ace. Admittedly, it's not quite as crystal as rural water, particularly up north, but it's mild and almost sweet. It doesn't taste chemically or anything. In complete sincerity, I thank Loch Katrine each time I have a glass. Growing up outside of Scotland, there really is nothing like Scottish tap water.
I thought it might be all of the UK, but having spent a year in Buckinghamshire I can assuredly say SCOTTISH WATER IS BEST.
