| Comment | Hi, I copied a previous post of mines when I seen your question.... Stay away from Fineholm letting services based in Union st. We rented with them for a year before buying a place. The flat was dirty so we had to clean it top to bottom before moving in and cuboards full of junk which we had them remove. Should have known then what they would be like! We had to constantly bombard them with emails and phone calls to get the dangerous boiler repaired and the broken tiles in the kitchen replaced. The TV points never did get fixed! When we asked for an extra week add on to our lease to allow us time to arrange moving to our new place they said no problem which was great. But on the day of the move when they were meant to come and inspect the flat and collect the keys, they never showed up. Long story short, they ended up charging us for 2 extra weeks claiming we didn't give the keys back on time! And then to rub salt in our wounds they deducted cleaning fees from our deposit. When we left that flat it was 100 times cleaner than when we moved in. The place stunk of bleach I remember thinking as I waited over 2 hours in the empty flat for their agent who never showed up! Anyway, thanks for reading, I've been waiting 2 years to share this. 😂 Just to balance it out, I would recommend your move who I used before. Very professional and fair. |
