Who knows an independent scotland might actually heal some of the harmful side affects that the English colonisation has had on us I.e -1% of Scots speak or are taught Gaelic, fuck it was illegal to speak Gaelic for a time in scotland and even in modern day times we are told not to speak slang in school don’t say “aye” but say yes and all of that shite. I feel like scotland has the potential to really reclaim its identity if we broke away from England. |
