It's not just a similar style, it's a blatant rip. Stencils aren't new and Banksy wasn't the first to get big from using them. Any edgy student will be happy to tell you all about Blek le Rat who Banksy arguably *did* steal his schtick from, when he crossed over from doing Wild Bunch stuff to having books in Fopp but this here is derivative dogshit and if it needs 'TOY' sprayed over it ASAP.
