One serves booze the other provides insurance but for the purposes here, talking about private companies never being privy to private and confidential information, whats the difference? Why is one entitled to that information to provide insurance, and calculate the risks involved to them in doing so, but the pub not entitled to the same information to make a calculated decision when deciding who to allow access to their premises and provide their services to? There's no legal mandate for you to provide that information or to use their services. |
