I had a similar issue a few years back, I lay a speaker on the floor and every time the fighting started up I’d play WAR ’ ‘why can’t we be friends?’ (https://youtu.be/5jnZMW8C6wA) on repeat and bugger off out.
It’s a bit of a nuclear option because you’ll likely annoy your other neighbours but it was more fun than constantly banging on their door
