| Comment | I had a similar problem a couple of years ago. I contacted housing, who in turn contacted the neighbour. Rumbled on for quite a while before I got fed up. Knocked on his door one day and explained how loud he was being at silly o'clock in the morning; how laminate is super effective at conducting bottle dropping noise; that no cunt wants to hear him or his mates sing out the window at 3am throughout he summer. Wasn't rude, but was firm in asking him to wrap it. Sorted the issue.
