| Comment | If he is arriving from abroad he must by law self isolate in a hotel for the required period. No ifs, no buts to not do so is a criminal offence.
I appreciate that things such as bank accounts need sorted but that should be able to happen in around May when restrictions have lifted a bit. Plenty time before September - try not stress and do as much remotely as possible :-)
