| Comment | im not sure why kids would be scared to take back a bottle for 15p but okay. fairly sure they have bigger things to worry about. but for those who do not want to participate in the system can still contribute to positive change through it.
I'm also more thinking along the lines of how it could benefit homeless people. Not saying that it should be their responsibility ,but if we have a pfand system in place and put our cans and bottles next to the bin instead of in the bin, homeless individual or pfand collector have easy access to it. and substitute their income through it. Usually there was a pfand collector with a shopping trolley outside the club to wait for people to empty their last beer before going in. he would then take the bottle and make a bit of cash off it. |
