The teams were given **very** special dispensation to continue playing despite the pandemic. They shat on that privilege on multiple occasions. As I've said elsewhere, if I'd my way Celtic and Rangers would have both been out of the league (along with any other club found to have breached the rules). But nothing was done, they got away with it. That rankles.

Police Scotland then utterly failed to prevent a mob forming and we had the destruction in George Sq. That also rankles. The £60 fines and arrests should have been coming so fast that their little police pens would have been smoking.

We have all paid heavy prices to try and keep other safe (e.g. I've not seen family for over a year), yet these assholes (some players, some fans) have thrown all that in our faces and you wonder why folks are getting upset?

From what I understand of the latest incident, Rangers players egged them on at Ibrox, and you wonder why folks are getting upset?

These fans, and evidently some of the players, have brought the entire football industry into disrepute.

Hopefully we're no longer suffering through a lockdown the next time some team wins a thing but if we are, the iron fist needs to come out of that silken glove. Some people don't seem to understand anything else.
