| Comment | Right I see, I took out my tenancy before 2017, hence my ignorance. Had a look and as far as notice periods to quit etc a lot has changed. Is it now common for there to be no initial lease agreement? Are people generally now just paying their rent a month in advance with no further commitments? Because if the OP has signed a lease I can't see how the 2017 legislation will help them. |
