They haven't provided me with a Gas Safety Certificate, an EICR/PAT, an inventory, or an EPC (though I looked it up and it expired two years ago). The flat is just for me and a friend.
The landlord is registered, but we've been dealing with a letting agent who gave a registration number on the tenancy agreement, though that gives no results when you enter it on the Scottish letting agent register.
On the Tenancy Agreement it says the deposit must be paid into an approved deposit scheme within 30 days of the start of the tenancy. I'm gona speak to Shelter Scotland tomorrow and explain all of this stuff. I have written a letter detailing all of the issues I have. |
