i've spoken to the woman downstairs the other day she made up some shit about any and all noise being allowed until 11pm, which is just false information, even if what she was saying was true (it's not its like 30db is allowed between 7pm and 11pm), they play **well** past 11.
If shes so confident to just blatantly lie to me i doubt shes gonna have much empathy
