I caught my upstairs neighbours fly tipping outside the flat we live in the other day. When I confronted them about it they couldn't be less arsed about it and they said they've phoned the council to come and collect their rubbish (100% do not believe that they did)
I phoned up my factors and landlord to come and collect the rubbish and they really did not seem to care about the fly tipping. They were really just interested in what the rubbish was and where. They never even mentioned that I should phone the police or that they will send a letter / fine out to the people doing it.
The people in charge don't seem to care at all it seems. |
