If it’s a first time buy then try and get a new build off plan. Myself and my wife did it and got cash back and tons of upgrades. Never had an issue with it either. Stick to decent builders and read reviews of estates. Avoid the new massive estate in Bishopton its build on ex mod land and you can’t grow veg in the gardens 😂
