Ots similar in Ireland but imho alit of it has to do with the drinking culture. Its mostly kids with nothing else to do apart from stand in the pissing rain and get shitfaced in a field or addicts (Flytipping is a different story). But look, they're two groups that society has kind told ta "fuck off and don't make any trouble" so they just don't respect shared spaces.
