I got rid of Twitter and IG last year - don’t miss it. Kept FB but drastically reduced “friends” literally to the 100+ I invited to my wedding and it’s a nicer experience as I only use it to speak to pals and family I can’t see right now.
I also put a screen time on my phone and certain apps (Reddit) which has helped!
