| Comment | When I sold my flat the surveryor did a "driveby" survey. didn't come in, as far as I can ell didn't get out of their car, if they even came round.
The surveyor for the house I'm in now definitely came into the house, as my nextdoor neighbour let the guy in, she told us when she let us in a few days before the exchange to confirm a measurement (the sellers knew about it, nextdoor had a key in case of any issues while house was empty) |
