I was referring to the house being sold at 260k when the home report is only 214k
Also I heard of estate agents, especially ones working with large housing companies bumping up the home report. Had heard of someone that traded his house with the condition it would be worth xyz. And guess what that's the hoe report value he got. It was 20k over the normal price.
