I was the same. Saw one house that was all ones but when you got to the house there was bracing all round one corner due to subsidence that hadn’t been fixed.
Saw another where again was all ones but the boiler was in a glorified basement under the kitchen and had warning stickers all over it saying it had been condemned by British Gas. The owner said it was fine and he had uncapped the gas and turned it back on 😳. |
